FIL Sibley
FIL Sibley
Fil Sibley is a photographer, filmmaker, and media producer with a career spanning decades.

He studied Photography and Filmmaking at the Maryland Institute College of Art before working with the Mayor’s Office, the Mayor’s Office of Telecommunications, and the Baltimore Civic Center (now CFG Bank Arena) in Maryland, USA.

In 1995, Fil founded FSP Media, which has since produced over 2,356 media projects worldwide, including commercials, corporate productions, educational content, documentaries, and social media campaigns.

Fil also manages and produces content for the YouTube channel Musica De Hoy Costa Rica, a project he has been involved with since 2019.

Passionate about education, he has taught media production and acting at Johns Hopkins University, the University of Maryland, and Baltimore Junior College, as well as mentoring private students.

Outside of media, Fil enjoys racing his Subaru race car.
Fil Sibley es fotógrafo, cineasta y productor de medios con una carrera que abarca décadas.

Estudió Fotografía y Cinematografía en el Maryland Institute College of Art antes de trabajar con la Oficina del Alcalde, la Oficina de Telecomunicaciones del Alcalde y el Baltimore Civic Center (ahora CFG Bank Arena) en Maryland, EE.UU.

En 1995, Fil fundó FSP Media, que desde entonces ha producido más de 2,356 proyectos de medios en todo el mundo, incluyendo comerciales, producciones corporativas, contenido educativo, documentales y campañas en redes sociales.

También gestiona y produce contenido para el canal de YouTube Musica De Hoy Costa Rica, un proyecto en el que ha estado involucrado desde 2019.

Apasionado por la educación, ha enseñado producción de medios y actuación en Johns Hopkins University, la Universidad de Maryland y Baltimore Junior College, además de asesorar a estudiantes privados.

Fuera del mundo de los medios, Fil disfruta competir con su automóvil de carreras Subaru.
Barbara Thompson
Dr. Barbara Thompson
Dr. Barbara Thompson is a writer, researcher, co-producer, and interviewer for FSP Media.

With over 25 years of experience as a therapist and researcher, she earned her doctorate in Psychology from the University of Maryland in 1990. Since then, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals and couples through therapy.

Dr. Barbara Thompson collaborated with Fil Sibley on a training video for Johns Hopkins Medical System, where she handled scripting, narration, and production coordination. The resulting film, Give Me Strength—a 27-minute instructional video—earned Dr. Barbara Thompson and Fil Sibley a 2002 Telly Award.

She has since co-produced multiple projects, including:

- Second Chance Homes, an educational video about housing for young pregnant women.

- A documentary celebrating 150 years of St. Mary’s Church and its community.

Dr. Barbara Thompson is an avid traveler, having explored 27 countries. She fluently speaks English and Spanish

Con más de 25 años de experiencia como terapeuta e investigadora, obtuvo su doctorado en Psicología en la Universidad de Maryland en 1990.

Ha trabajado ayudando a individuos y parejas en terapia.

La Dra. Barbara Thompson colaboró con Fil Sibley en el video de capacitación Give Me Strength, el cual ganó un Premio Telly en 2002.

También ha coproducido proyectos como:

- Second Chance Homes, un video educativo sobre vivienda para jóvenes embarazadas.

- Un documental celebrando 150 años de la iglesia de St. Mary.
